Rock Bottom Westminster is located in the Westminster Promenade shopping center just off the Denver-Boulder Turnpike. Surrounded by several other sad, lonely restaurants, you'll recognize Rock Bottom by its massive patio and crowd of happy guests enjoying a selection of one-of-a-kind handcrafted beers brewed on-site by Rock Bottom Brewmaster Scott O'Hearn. Pair his expertly designed take on Belgian White Ale with one of our new House Favorite made-from-scratch entrees, then look with pity on the other diners in the Promenade who must not know what they're missing.
