I don't make "beer" in the brewhouse! I make a sugary water called sweet wort that will turn into beer when introduced to yeast in the Fermentation Room. It's not considered beer until there's alcohol in it!

As an assistant brewer, I dropped the slide gate to the grist hopper into the mash and had to sift through about 800 lbs of spent grain by hand to find it!
