Personal Background: Spent most of my life in Tennessee. Grew up in Memphis. Went to college at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. Became interested in beer. Lived in Nashville. Made copies. Became very interested in beer. Moved to Chicago to attend the Siebel Institute of Technology. Started professionally brewing. Throughout a lot of this time I have been cooking, laughing, traveling, playing frisbee and racquetball.
How I Got Started Crafting Beer: My friends chipped in an bought me a homebrewing kit, which slowly grew to take over my apartment as my interests grew.

Altbier.

Seasonal Wheat
This offering is always brewed with a generous portion of malted wheat, lending a soft bready quality. Styles change with the season and include German-style Hefeweizen, Dunkelweizen, American-style Wheat Ales and Belgian-style White Ales. Ask your server for our current offering.
Peashooter Pale Ale
Medium-bodied and light copper in color, this American-style Pale Ale bears a crisp, citrus aroma with an initial caramel, malt sweetness. The hops lend a variety of citrus flavors with subtle notes of tropical fruit.
Ragtop Red Ale
Brewed in the style of an English E.S.B., our Red Ale is deep ruby red in color with a smooth, medium-body. Medium and dark Crystal malts lend a caramel and light toffee flavors which are balanced by tangy, apricot notes. The well-rounded malt flavors pair well with our pastas.
Lumpy Dog® Brown
This multi-dimensional Ale is brewed in the style of a Brown Porter and boasts a deep, mahogany color and rich, full body. Roasted toffee and semi-sweet, chocolate malt flavors are balanced by a delicate, fruity and floral hop notes to create a complex yet refreshing brew. Try it with one of our steaks.
Specialty Dark
In our darkest Ale, we utilize a variety of highly roasted malts to produce the rich, unique flavors contained within. As one of our rotating taps, we feature a different style of stout for each batch. Styles include Stouts such as: Dry Irish, Oatmeal, Imperial, or Milk; and even the occasional Porter. Please ask for our current feature.
