How I got started crafting beer: After college, I moved to Oregon to work in wineries, but found I like brewing much better.  So ba-da-boom, ba-da-bing, and here I am. 

Personal background: BA in History from Hillsdale College (Harvard of the Midwest) Monarchist.  Pisces.

Brewing philosophy: "Brewing is not fun.  It’s a profession." 

Favorite beer: Pale Ales.
