Our brewers add a professional touch to complement our flavorful made-from-scratch food. It’s unique, fresh, handcrafted beer, brewed on site just for you.

KÖLSCH
This golden, straw-colored ale is light in body with subtle fruit flavors and a crisp, floral hop finish.

WHITE ALE
Pale and with a touch of haze, this ale gets its unique flavor from orange peel, coriander and Belgian yeast.

RED ALE
Flavorful and complex, our Red Ale is copper in color and medium-bodied with a rich malt profile. Crystal hops lend a robust, fruity hop character for balance.

I.P.A.
This classic, golden-hued ale is brewed with the finest hand-selected hops from the Pacific Northwest for an assertive, citrus hop flavor.

SPECIAL DARK
For those who prefer a rich, roasted flavor to their beer, enjoy our ever-changing parade of stouts, porters and other special dark beers. Ask your server what’s on tap!

SWAN ISLAND LAGER
A refreshing, light golden brew, this Lager is clean and crisp. The light maltiness from the addition of German Vienna and Carahell malts is balanced by a hint of floral Liberty hops, making it a smooth and satisfying beer. ABV-4.8%  IBU-21

VOLKSWEIZEN WHEAT
A delicious, unfiltered Northwest Wheat beer with the added twist of ginger and coriander to give it a crisp, thirst-quenching zing. ABV-5.3%  IBU-19

VELVET PALE ALE
A unique Pale Ale made with Simcoe hops and oats, poured on nitro like a Stout. The effect is a bright, hoppy beer with strong citrus notes that is soft and creamy and goes down smoothly.  ABV-5.7%  IBU-40

SUNNY DAY IPA
Not one beer, but many! We make a variety of Northwest IPA's and each of them is as wonderful as a sunny day in Portland! All are appropriately hoppy, with a pleasingly dry finish, but vary in the kind of hops we use. Ask your server about today¹s sunny day! ABV-6.3%  IBU-60

OREGONIC AMBER
This Amber Ale is made from organically grown malts and uses the finest Northwest hops. It is medium-bodied with rich caramel and chocolate malt notes and is dry hopped with Amarillo hops for a bright citrus and floral aroma.  ABV-5.8%  IBU-35

MORRISON STREET STOUT
Not really one Stout, but rather a range of Stouts and Porters. Each new tank we make is a different style, including dry Irish stout, Porter, Cream Stout, Baltic Porter, Oatmeal Stout, Imperial Stout and Foreign Stout.  Ask your server for what's on tap now.  ABV and IBU's vary according to style.
