Our First Chef and Brewer's Dinner will be on Fat Tuesday, with the theme of course being "Fat Tuesday." Tickets for this event are available at a discount price in advance from www.brownpapertickets.com for $45 plus booking fee or you can call and reserve your set at the restaurant. These dinners are hugely popular and sell out fast. The menu for this dinner will be announced at the Hop Bomb Tapping on January 2nd.

Once again I procrastinated for a month before deciding to brew our Doppelbock again. This strong German style dark lager is all about the malt. Rich and full bodied this will be served in a 14oz glass due to the higher alcohol content. We will have a food pairing again at this tapping which will take place in the Brew House.
