All hail great, fresh, delicious beer.

Here at Rock Bottom, we know the best-tasting beer is the freshest beer. That’s why we use the freshest ingredients and handpick the finest hops in the Yakima Valley.

Our brewers add a professional touch, creating their own representations of the world's renowned beer and making sure they complement our flavorful food. It’s unique, fresh, handcrafted beer, brewed on site just for you, and it makes us proud.

North Star Premium Lager
A light straw-colored Premium Lager. Brewed with Pilsen malt for a hint of honey flavor and a light body. Sterling hops provide the crisp refreshing finish. A great introduction to craft brewed Lagers. Great with salads and lighter flavored fare.

Itasca Extra Pale Ale
A copper-hued American Pale Ale. The brewer's favorite! Brewed with Pale Ale and Crystal malts for a medium-bodied caramel flavor. Generously hopped with four varieties for an orange-grapefruit flavor and aroma. This is the choice for hopheads. Pairs well with pizzas and burgers.

Erik The Red
An amber Vienna-style Lager. Brewed with German Vienna and Melanoidin malts for a medium-bodied smooth malt flavor. The spicy hop flavor and aroma comes from Mt. Hood hops. Pairs well with our Nachos or Enchiladas.

Big Horn Nut Brown Ale
A medium to full-bodied chestnut colored Ale. Belgian Aromatic, Chocolate and Special "B" lend the raisin and cocoa flavors. Willamette hops give the subtle dryness. The rich malt character goes great with full-flavored chicken and pasta dishes.

Rotating Dark
Beer styles from around the world brewed with dark roasted malts. Style varies seasonally, please ask your server.

Brewmaster's Choice
Our Brewmaster is always crafting a special creation for your tasting pleasure. Ask your server for what's currently brewing.
