Background: Moved from sunny San Diego to windy Chicago to attend Siebel Brew School. Got my foot in the door at the Weinkeller Breweries for 2 years, then transitioned to Prairie Rock Brewing for 10 years. Now happy as a pig in the mud at Rock Bottom.

How I Got Started: My wife ruined my life by getting me a home brew kit. 5 gallons at a time turned into 300!

Brewing Philospohy: The 3 C's. No, not cascade, centennial and citra, but cleanliness, creativity and caring.
