All hail great, fresh, delicious beer.

Here at Rock Bottom, we know the best-tasting beer is the freshest beer. That’s why we use the freshest ingredients and handpick the finest hops in the Yakima Valley.

Our brewers add a professional touch, creating their own representations of the world's renowned beer and making sure they complement our flavorful food. It’s unique, fresh, handcrafted beer, brewed on site just for you, and it makes us proud.

Circle City Light
The perfect introduction to handcrafted beer, this refreshing Lager is delicately balanced with choice malted barley and soft, floral hops for a clean flavor crisp, dry finish.

Seasonal Wheat
Always brewed with a generous portion of winter wheat, this beer will have a robust quality and soft mouthfeel. Styles rotate with the seasons between American Wheat Ale, Belgian-Style White Ale, German-Style Hefeweizen and Dunkelweizen, among others.
Silver Medal Winner, Hefeweizen; 2004 Indiana Brewer's Cup

Sugar Creek Pale Ale
This medium-bodied, light copper-colored Ale boasts a caramel malt flavor balanced by an assertive floral hop presence. Centennial and Cascade hops lend an unimposing bitterness and crisp, citrus aroma. A perfect companion to spicier dishes.

Raccoon Red
Beautiful ruby red in color, this English-style E.S.B. marries the best of malt and hop flavors. The smooth, soft malt sweetness is perfectly balanced by the tangy, spicy hop character.
Silver Medal Winner, 2008 Indiana Brewer's Cup

Brickway Brown
Brewed in the style of a Brown Porter, this deep mahogany-colored Ale displays toffee, semi-sweet chocolate and roasted flavors. Subtle earthy and floral hop notes provide a delightful balance. It goes great with steaks.

Hoosier Ma Stout
Our Brewmaster features a different style of Stout each batch, including a Dry Irish Stout, Milk Stout, Oatmeal Stout and an Imperial Stout.
Silver Medal Winner, Chai Stout; 2004 Indiana Brewer's Cup
