All hail great, fresh, delicious beer.

Here at Rock Bottom, we know the best-tasting beer is the freshest beer. That’s why we use the freshest ingredients and handpick the finest hops in the Yakima Valley.

Our brewers add a professional touch, creating their own representations of the world's renowned beer and making sure they complement our flavorful food. It’s unique, fresh, handcrafted beer, brewed on site just for you, and it makes us proud.

Bottoms Up Kölsch
This beer is a very refreshing German-style Ale, native to the city of Cologne. It has a light golden color, soft rounded mouthfeel and a slight fruitiness, deftly balanced by the subtle, spicy hop character.

Buffalo Gold®
Golden in color, light in body and aromatically hoppy, Buffalo Gold® is a very quaffable brew. A winning combination with our Lucatero's Guadalajara Enchiladas.

16th St. Wheat
A crisp, clean beer with a sweet, honey malt flavor. 16th Street is well-balanced and deep gold in color with a subtle, flowery, hop finish. Enjoy with burgers.

Falcon Pale Ale

This American I.P.A. has a soft malt note due to light Crystal malts, as well as a strong aromatic nose from dry hopping two varieties of hops in our fermentation vessels. It is the most aggressive of our house beers and goes great with our pizzas.

Red Rocks Red
An Irish Red Ale showcasing British Pale and Crystal malts. This smooth medium-bodied Ale is balanced with English-style earthy hops. Red Rocks Red is easy drinking, yet full of flavor.
2008 Bronze Award Winner, World Beer Cup®; Irish-Style Red Ale Category

Molly’s Titanic Brown Ale
Unsinkably malty, this beer draws its inspiration from the classic Brown Ales of England. A multi-dimensional beer finely balanced between the malt flavor and hops. Imbibe, whole-heartedly with one of our big, juicy steaks.
2006 Gold Medal Winner, Great American Beer Festival (SM); Brown Porter Category

Brewmaster's Choice
