Giving back to our communities is a core value of CraftWorks. Every CraftWorks restaurant partners with local charities to increase charitable awareness and fundraise through tapping parties, percentage-of-sales days, vendor co-operative promotions, new restaurant openings, employee volunteer matching grants, golf tournaments, gift card programs and more.
The CraftWorks Foundation, a 501c (3), non-profit organization, is the charitable arm of CraftWorks Restaurants and Breweries, Inc., parent company of Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, Old Chicago Restaurants, Gordon Biersch Brewery and Restaurant and multiple Specialty Brands.
The Foundation embodies the spirit of making a difference in the lives of others. It is an integral part of our culture, setting us apart as unique in our industry.
The Foundation is dedicated to:
Combating hunger in the communities in which we live and operate restaurants.
Providing support through our restaurants to organizations and programs that address the social issue of hunger and to support organizations where our restaurant team members volunteer.
Helping our team members in times of crisis through our H.O.P.E. Fund
