All hail great, fresh, delicious beer.

Here at Rock Bottom, we know the best-tasting beer is the freshest beer. That’s why we use the freshest ingredients and handpick the finest hops in the Yakima Valley.

Our brewers add a professional touch, creating their own representations of the world's renowned beer and making sure they complement our flavorful food. It’s unique, fresh, handcrafted beer, brewed on site just for you, and it makes us proud.

Liquid Sun
This European-style Pilsner finishes crisp and dry with a smooth malt flavor. Its malt sweetness is tempered with U.S. grown Sterling and Mt. Hood hops.

Big Batch Wheat
An American-style Wheat beer brewed with 55% malted wheat, creating a light-bodied, mild and refreshing beer. It is lightly hopped and served un-filtered.

Humpback Pale Ale
Pale and Crystal malts create a smooth malt flavor, combined with Yakima Valley hops to create a malty and floral Northwest-style Pale Ale.

Hop Bomb IPA
For the serious hop connoisseur. Five different Northwest hops are blended to produce the citrus, floral and pine aromas that overwhelm your taste buds in this big Northwest hop monster.
2010 Silver Award Winner, World Beer Cup®; American-Style Strong Pale Ale Category
2008 Gold Medal Winner; 2007 Silver Medal Winner, Great American Beer Festival (SM); American-Style Strong Pale Ale Category

Lumberjack Red Ale
Lumberjack Red's malt flavor and ruby red color come from the rich aromatic Munich malt used in the brewing process, producing a full-bodied beer with subtle hop bitterness and floral hop aroma.
2003 Bronze Medal Winner, Great American Beer Festival (SM); Irish Style Red Ale Category
