Sparkling Wine

Sparkling Wine

Did you know that the bubbles in sparkling wine were a mystery until the early 1600s, often attributed to phases of the moon or good and evil spirits? Now, of course, we know it's just good-old carbon dioxide resulting from the fermenting process.

Beer drinkers that we are, we instantly associate champagne and sparkling wines with weddings, auto racing victories and boat launches. That said, our Rock Bottom bartenders always have a nice selection of sparkling wines or champagnes available for your special occasion, large party or big event.
